She liked it so much that she decided to start teaching spinning and got certified by schwinn in 2004, shortly thereafter she got pregnant with her 2nd son... she taught spinning all the way until her legs started hitting her belly. The fitness industry kept calling so Amy undertook fitness competitions when her 2nd son was a year old. She competed in 3 competitions in the next 3 years. That is when personal training became interesting. She met this guy James who became a close friend and would quiz her on the NASM personal training exam during their runs while training for the tough mudder in 2011.
Amy’s passion for fitness is only second to her desire to want her clients to have fun while getting in shape. She makes sure that every workout is helping her clients get stronger without them even realizing it because they are laughing and having a good time.
